I am from Chennai and tried ur cherupayar curry. Had tasted at a hotel during a trip to Kerala. It came out awesome. My 6 year old is very relevant to try new recipes ..She was in awe. Tells Amma make it again for tomorrow night..And got two cute kisses for cooking this. Thanks for the lovely recipe Julie

Hi, your ginger wine recipe is tempting. Would like to give it a try. Got one question on that. The yeast mentioned is wine yeast or normal yeast used in making bread and all?
Thanks for dropping by my space.. the yeast is the regular bread making yeast, active dry yeast and not the wine yeast.. Best wishes on your try !!
