Gooseberries are a good source of iron and vitamin C .Its helpful for pregnant  and feeding mothers and for growing kids Another very interesting recipe and a very simple one.The chutney goes good with dosas,plain rice.Its very tasty,I really liked it.

Gooseberry 2 fresh or frozen
Coconut 3tsp grated
ginger 1/2tsp
green chilli 3
small onions 5 (tastes good)or big onion 1/4 chopped


Cut the gooseberry into pieces removing the seed.
Add the above all ingredients to it and grind it in a mixer .
Place it in a plate and is ready to serve.
