Vazhuthanga-Kizhangu Masala | Egg plant(Brinjal)-Potato Masala

Brinjals popularly known as the egg plant. They are  very low in calories and fat, but rich in soluble fibre content. Its also known to be effective in the treatment of high blood cholesterol levels. The recipe is very simple  yet good one.Am not a very big fan of this veggie, but at times I prepare this simple masala for rotis. When you wish to try out different recipes with chapatis ,check this out.

  • Add the brinjal in the half cooked potatoes and microwave for 4 mins.
