Asparagus-Eggs Stir Fry (Thoran)

Asparagus is one of the most nutritionally balanced vegetable in existence. They are low calorie source of potassium and folate. There are many nutritional values and their ratio is given here ,Interested may please look into the link. They are good sources of vitamin C and fibre. This is a recipe taken from Suja's Kitchen corner -try it ,she has exotic recipes in her space.I liked the idea of adding eggs into this and bookmarked to try it out.Try n enjoy!!

Friends, this is the first time I tried Asparagus and that turned out very good.Earlier I had tried the methi leaves egg stir fry,you can view that recipe here , the recipe is almost similar to that. All in the family enjoyed it with rice.Special thanks to Suja for sharing such a wonderful and simple recipe.

asparagus 1 bunch
onion 1 small chopped
eggs 2

cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
garlic pods 2
pepper powder 1tsp

  • Add the chopped asparagus, and fry for a minute.
