Chicken Noodle Soup

Chicken is a favorite among all non vegetarians in any forms.If you have left over boneless chicken in the freezer,then this is a real good healthy soup for all.This is a very healthy delicious soup for all winters.My kids love this soup very much as they get to eat noodle and chicken in the same bowl.Try and enjoy this at home with no MSG added !!

chicken 100gm
green onions chopped 1/2cup
noodle  uncooked,1/2 cup
egg white 1
light soy sauce 1tsp
corn flour 2tsp
pepper powder 1tsp
salt to taste

Wash the chicken under running water.Cook the chicken in 2 cups of chicken stock till done.Add pepper powder and salt lightly.Add the noodle and cook for 5min.Mix the corn flour with a spoon of cold water in a bowl and add to the boiling soup.Wait till the soup thickens and keep stirring.Add the beaten egg white in a flowing manner and keep stirring to get thread like consistency.Add the soy sauce,give a quick stir.Switch off flame,garnish with green onion and serve.

Serves ~3-4
