Spinach are a real good source of iron.When added to gram flour and made into hot pakoras,they taste delicious.They are a good way to sneak in greens for kids.Love to have this crispy snack with some hot tea.Try and enjoy !!
Ingredients
spinach 1/2 cup chopped
gram flour 1 cup
rice flour 1 tbsp
chilli powder 1/2tsp
asfaeotida 1/2tsp
salt
oil for frying
Method
Mix the gram flour,rice flour,spices and salt together into a thick batter.Add in the spinach,mix well.
Heat oil in a pan and put spoonful of batter when oil is hot as the size of pakoras.Turn and fry them both sides to brown colour.
Drain with slotted spoon and place it on a paper towel.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
