My husband and me both of us love bittergourds a lot..And when it is this recipe,I don't know what to say.Its so good provided if u tolerate a slight amount of bitterness.It is good with rice.
Bittergourd 3-4 round cut
turmeric powder 1/2tsp
chilli powder 1tsp
Cook the round cut bittergourds in a microwave safe bowl adding water (1/2cup) salt and turmeric powder for 5minutes.
Drain the water and keep aside.
Preheat the oven at 350degrees.
Line a tray with aluminium foil and sprinkle oil.
Arrange the bittergourds and bake for 20-25mts.
A light brown colour appears ,then its ready to serve.
