soya granules 1/2cup
black eyed peas1/2cup
greenchilli 3-4 (optional if u want it more spicy)
turmeric powder 1 tsp
pepper powder 1tsp
Cook the soya granules as per the packet instructions .I had used nutrela soya granules.
Rinse it with cold water and keep aside.
Place a pan on medium heat and splutter mustard.
Add the chopped onions and saute for a minute.
Now add the black eyed peas and add turmeric powder and salt.
Add the pepper powder .
Cover and cook for 6-7minutes with half cup of water.
Now add the soya granules.
Stir and mix it well .
Cook for another 2minutes.
Dry the water content and garnish with curry leaves,
