Idli Upma | Healthy Remake of Left Over Idlis

Idli upma as the name suggests upma made of idlis. But why should we prepare this kind of a recipe when we can eat the idli alone? Yes,Thats the best way to use the left over breakfast idlis into another healthier  and chatpata snack.I found that nobody prefers idlis in the evening as snack,so tried my mom's recipe with a few more additions and believe me kids loved this very much.Don't trash your left out idlis instead try this healthy snack or quick dinner !!

oh wow! I absolutely love the sound of this recipe and the pictures. I'm an idli fan, but not always an upma fan (unless it's my mom's), but this combination of the two sounds great and is a fantastic idea for using old idlis! Mmmmmm!
